It's a spirit thing!

Jesus said the Spirit of God is like the wind, and you can’t control it. You don’t know where it’s coming from, you don’t know where it’s going. You know when it passes through. You see the evidence of it, but the Spirit of God is the wind of God.

Revival is something God chooses to do.
